Terms and Conditions
This is an operational template. Have Singapore counsel review it before the site takes live payments.
1. Operator
Bezro Luxe Drive provides private chauffeur transportation in Singapore and selected Malaysia routes. Legal entity name, UEN and registered office will be inserted once verified.
2. Bookings
A booking is formed when payment is received or when operations confirm an invoiced job in writing. Instant-book fares are estimates until confirmed if marked provisional.
3. Passengers and luggage
The customer warrants that passenger and luggage counts are accurate. The operator may substitute an equivalent or larger vehicle if the selected class cannot safely carry the party.
4. Chauffeurs and vehicles
Specific plates and chauffeur names are assigned before pickup and may change for operational reasons. Stretch limousines are not offered unless listed in the live fleet.
5. Customer conduct
Seatbelts must be worn. Smoking, hazardous goods and unlawful behaviour are not permitted. The chauffeur may end a job if safety is compromised.
6. Cross-border travel
Passengers are responsible for passports, visas and checkpoint compliance. Delay at immigration is not a chauffeur default.
7. Liability
Liability is limited to the fare paid except where Singapore law requires otherwise. The operator is not liable for checkpoint queues, flight disruption beyond agreed waiting, or items left in the vehicle after the job ends.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy and PDPA Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
